The following Terms & Conditions must be agreed to be able to register. As registrant for Jeub's PRIVATE Policy Debate Camp, you...

...authorize all medical and surgical treatment, X-ray, laboratory, anesthesia, and other medical and/or hospital procedures as may be performed or prescribed by the attending physician and/or paramedics during the course of camp for your child(ren) and waive my right to informed consent of treatment. This waiver applies only in the event that neither parent/guardian can be reached in the case of an emergency.

...release the Jeubs and individuals from liability in case of accident during activities related to this event and non-debate related activities during the course of the event. You also understand that the camp has an open schedule that allows students to take responsibility of their own schedule. Unruly behavior of registrants is recognized as self-inflicted and is not the responsibility of anyone other than the individual registrant.

...give permission for event participation of child(ren) be photographed and/or filmed for promotional purposes in future Jeub event promotions as well as any products created by Jeub publication companies. Furthermore, should your child(ren) go on to win or place in future speech and debate tournaments, you give permission for the Jeubs to use your child(ren)'s name for promotional material.

...recognize that Chris Jeub, the Jeub Family, and their various businesses and ministries are Christian in nature and will include Christian undertones and atmosphere. The purpose of this camp is to train debaters, not to proselytize campers to any denomination or religion. People of all faiths are welcome to attend.

...recognize that the Jeubs reserve the right to remove children from camp without refund for any behavior it deems as inappropriate, offensive, dangerous or inflammatory to others. Also, personal/physical displays of affection between students, unless they are married to each other, are prohibited.

...recognize that $100 per attendee of your registration is non-refundable. Requests for additional refunds must be made by June 1, 2021, after which none of your registration is refundable.
